Product Description
The Biltwell 1" Zed Handlebars are a compact take on the classic Z-Bar Style Handlebar. They are very narrow and are slightly taller than your stock Harley set so you should have no problem reusing your old cables when swapping out the bars. Be sure to check out the diagram, for all of the measurements. These bars look great on the Harley Sportster 48, Superlow, Nightster and also the Yamaha Bolt.
- 1" o.d. x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing
- All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the bends
- All welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded
- Available in chrome or black electroplate finishes and either undimpled for aftermarket hand controls/custom applications or dimpled for stock OEM switches and levers
