Simpson Race Products introduced drag racing parachutes in 1959, getting into the racing industry with a series of innovative products like fire suits, breather hoods and more. Initially targeting race car drivers, Simpson introduced their Bandit helmet in the 1970's and has continued to produce motorcycle helmets ever since.
